SUDDEN HEART ATTACK AND THE SOLUTION CONTROL

When visiting Hospital you notes that doctors advice on Enough Rest and Reduction of Unusual Stress.

Either you belief it or not Health Is Wealth
Assuming you work all day, is now closing time, you are now going home alone as usual, after an unusual hard day at work. You are really tired, upset and frustrated at work struggling to get home on time. You suddenly discover that you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to drag out into your arm and up into your jaw and you are only about five km from the hospital near your home. Unfortunately you don't know if you'll be able to make it that far or back to any hospital around the place. And you have been trained in CPR but the person who taught the course did not tell you how you can perform it on yourself don't worry you will learn it now.

How to survive Heart Attack when alone
In earlier research we discovered that many people are alone when they suffer a Heart Attack without help, the person whose heart is beating harder  or improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.

However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.

Deep Breaths get oxygen into the lungs and and coughing movements squeeze the heart and also help it regain normal rhythm. in this way, hear attack victims can get to a hospital.
